Bando Riparti Calabria – Regione Calabria
OBIETTIVO
La Regione Calabria intende offrire un sostegno alla liquidità delle microimprese operanti sul territorio regionale, che hanno subito gli effetti dell’emergenza COVID-19 a seguito della sospensione dell’attività economica ai sensi dei D.P.C.M. 11 marzo 2020 e 22 marzo 2020, attraverso la concessione di un contributo a fondo perduto una tantum.
L’Avviso è finalizzato all’implementazione dell’Azione 3.2.1 – “Interventi di sostegno ad aree territoriali colpite da crisi diffusa delle attività produttive, finalizzati alla mitigazione degli effetti delle transizioni industriali sugli individui e sulle imprese”, dell’Asse III – Competitività dei sistemi produttivi del POR Calabria FESR-FSE 2014-2020.
BENEFICIARI
Possono presentare domanda le Microimprese che abbiano un fatturato compreso tra € 5.000,00 e € 150.000,00 nel corso dell’anno solare 2019, la cui attività economica è stata sospesa ai sensi dei D.P.C.M. 11 marzo 2020 e 22 marzo 2020 che operano nei settori di attività economica ammissibili riportati dall’Avviso e le microimprese artigiane operanti in tutti i settori iscritte nell’apposito Albo (art. 5 della legge 8 agosto 1985, n. 443).
È ammessa per ciascuna impresa una sola domanda di contributo.
CONTRIBUTO CONCEDIBILE
L’aiuto è concesso nella misura di un contributo a fondo perduto una tantum, pari a € 2.000,00 (duemila) per ciascuna impresa richiedente.
L’aiuto concedibile non eccede comunque il fabbisogno di liquidità determinatosi per effetto dell’emergenza COVID-19, come autocertificato dall’impresa esclusivamente sulla base di un modello allegato all’Avviso Pubblico.
DOTAZIONE FINANZIARIA
La dotazione finanziaria disponibile è pari a € 40.000.000,00 (quaranta milioni).
DOMANDA
Le domande potranno essere presentate a partire dalla data indicata in fase di pubblicazione dell’Avviso, secondo le modalità che saranno previste e pubblicate sul sito Calabria Europa.
VALUTAZIONE
Le domande saranno finanziate fino ad esaurimento delle risorse disponibili. L’iter valutativo si concluderà a seguito della verifica della ricevibilità ed ammissibilità delle istanze ricevute.
EROGAZIONE DEL CONTRIBUTO
L’erogazione del contributo concesso avverrà in unica soluzione successivamente all’ammissione a finanziamento.
Le domande ammesse, ma sprovviste in tutto o in parte di copertura finanziaria, potranno essere finanziate con le economie (es. rinunce) verificatesi successivamente.
