Cosa vuol dire libertà finanziaria? Qual è il vero significato?
Molte persone pensano che la libertà finanziaria sia sinonimo di ricchezza: in realtà una persona può essere ricca ma non libera finanziariamente o viceversa.
La ricchezza non riguarda il denaro, esso è semplicemente il mezzo con cui raggiungere i risultati; il denaro è il prezzo per raggiungere la ricchezza.
Essere ricco significa essere libero!
Libero di godere pienamente del tuo tempo, libero dalle preoccupazioni finanziarie, libero di non dover mettere la sveglia la mattina, libero di viaggiare. Libero di essere chi sei veramente e di realizzare quello che davvero desideri nella vita.
Oggi per fortuna la nostra definizione di ricchezza è cambiata, ma se vuoi essere libero, cioè se vuoi essere ricco, devi abituarti a considerare i soldi come i tuoi schiavi. Il denaro non basta possederlo, devi imparare a guadagnarlo ed a farlo lavorare al posto tuo. In questo modo riuscirai a creare nuovo denaro semplicemente facendo lavorare al posto tuo il capitale di partenza.
“ Non devi lavorare per il denaro, è il denaro che deve lavorare per te “.
COME SI RAGGIUNGE LA LIBERTA’ FINANZIARIA?
È libero finanziariamente chi ha delle entrate automatiche tali da coprire il costo del suo stile di vita.
Si definiscono automatiche perché non necessitano di alcun intervento o attività continuativa per poter essere percepiti, cioè arrivano automaticamente.
Alcuni esempi di entrate automatiche sono:
- Affitti – fai lo sforzo iniziale per l’acquisto e la messa a reddito di un immobile e percepisci una rendita mensile pagata dall’inquilino.
- Royalty – cioè diritti d’autore o di inventore da libri, da prodotti in licenza, da brevetti o da sviluppo di applicazioni Iphone-Android e via dicendo. Fai uno sforzo iniziale per creare qualcosa e riceverai un compenso negli anni successivi per ogni copia venduta del libro o del prodotto creato.
- Partecipazioni in aziende – investi il tuo capitale o le tue conoscenze tecniche in un’azienda e partecipa alla divisione degli utili provenienti dal lavoro fatto da chi nell’azienda ci lavora.
- Network Marketing – partecipa a un modello di vendita che comporta la creazione di una squadra di persone. Guadagni non solo per le vendite fatte da te, ma anche per ogni vendita fatta dalla tua squadra.
Nel momento in cui il valore di queste fonti di reddito automatiche è almeno pari al costo delle proprie spese/uscite, ecco che si è finanziariamente liberi.
LIBERTÀ FINANZIARIA = ENTRATE AUTOMATICHE > USCITE CORRENTI
Prendiamo l’esempio della famiglia Verdi, che dispone di un capitale di 80.000 €, guadagna 3.000 € netti al mese e spende l’85% del proprio stipendio ogni mese (poiché avevamo detto che risparmiava il 15% ogni mese).
Se entrambi perdessero il lavoro, per quanto tempo potrebbero permettersi di mantenere il proprio stile di vita? Usiamo questa formula:
Tempo totale = denaro a disposizione/spese mensili
Tempo totale = 80.000 €/2.550 € = 31 mesi.
