Incubatori di idee: dove andare per far nascere una impresa?
Vuoi sviluppare un progetto innovativo? O un servizio per il pubblico o per le aziende, o un prodotto che ancora non c’è? Hai un’idea vincente? Gli incubatori possono fartela realizzare.
CHE COS’E’ UN INCUBATORE?
Gli incubatori d’impresa si definiscono anche “Business Innovation Centres” (BIC) e sono degli acceleratori d’impresa che affiancano le start-up nascenti con la finalità di fornire loro una serie di differenti supporti fino al momento della loro “AUTOMAZIONE”.
Parliamo di specifiche organizzazioni che si pongono e si comportano da intermediari fra le giovani aziende ed il mondo esterno, ad esempio realizzando i business plan necessari per ottenere l’attenzione di possibili finanziatori.
Un meccanismo virtuoso che permette ad un’idea ancora in fase embrionale di trasformarsi velocemente in impresa grazie all’immediata disponibilità di risorse finanziarie e la consulenza di esperti.
I modi e gli strumenti che l’incubatore può scegliere per aiutare le startup sono molteplici e vanno dal fornire una sede fisica ai nuovi imprenditori, al garantire loro un finanziamento a fondo perduto, all’inserirli in una rete sociale e imprenditoriale fertile e attiva, fino al mettere a disposizione contatti e consulenza.
Negli incubatori di impresa lavorano formatori, tutor e manager, con competenze in strategia aziendale, marketing e finanza, che analizzano l’idea, ne valutano le possibilità economiche e finanziarie, quantificano e allocano le risorse necessarie per dare vita al progetto, assistono i futuri imprenditori nella gestione dell’attività e del business (formulazione del business plan, strategia di marketing, etc.), selezionano i potenziali finanziatori.
TIPOLOGIE DI INCUBATORI
Esistono almeno tre grandi categorie di Business Innovation Centres:
La prima è quella degli incubatori “profit oriented”, che quindi svolgono attività finalizzate a generare profitto attuando investimenti di piccolo o gande calibro e stabilendo rapporti rilevanti con il mercato. Di solito si tratta di imprenditori o gruppi industriali privati.
Gli incubatori “non profit”, invece, acquisiscono finanziamenti da istituzioni pubbliche e forniscono quasi sempre un aiuto abbastanza generico. E’ in fase di consolidamento, poi, la dimensione degli incubatori universitari, che si avvalgono di collaborazioni con gli istituti di ricerca e appoggiano le idee provenienti da studenti e ricercatori.
In ultima analisi vi sono gli incubatori “certificati”, che basano il proprio operato sul contenuto del Decreto Legge 179 del 2012 “Ulteriori misure urgenti per la crescita del Paese”, detto Decreto Legge Crescita 2.0, sottoposto in seguito a modifiche, che definisce per l’appunto le normative vigenti adottate dallo Stato per favorire la nascita di nuove imprese che portino avanti progetti innovativi
QUANTI SONO GLI INCUBATORI IN ITALIA?
Nel liquido mare del digitale italiano, anche solo circoscrivere il numero degli incubatori è complicato. Una ricerca pubblicata a inizio anno da Landoni ha ristretto il campo degli incubatori/acceleratori a 162 unità: 102 privati, 35 pubblico-privati e 25 pubblici. Uno speciale elenco del registro imprese dell’Unione delle camere di commercio, liberamente scaricabile, raccoglie invece gli incubatori certificati. A inizio luglio in Italia se ne contano 34, tre dei quali quotati in Borsa a Milano: Digital Magics, H-Farm e LVenture.
